Having gone through multiple auto-immune and chronic illnesses myself for over 8 years, I know how hard it is to get all the medical tests done, only to be told that there is nothing wrong with me and it may be ‘all in my head’. My job is to identify the dysfunction in the body by obtaining a full medical and symptom history, and remove the harmful food and products affecting your health. When you give the body what it is missing and remove the harmful foods and environmental factors in the process, it has the ability to heal.

I see many people who follow fad diets and there is a lot of misinformation when it comes to nutrition, especially in the day and age of social media and influencers. As a Nutritional Consultant and Educator, my job is to educate clients on the science behind the foods they eat, but also make food an enjoyable and tasty experience. I offer clients healthier options and substitutes so they don’t feel like they are missing out and fall back into old habits.
