Cacao Bliss Balls

These easy to make bliss balls are a great snack and are guilt free also! Raw cacao is the unprocessed version of the cacao bean and has many nutritional benefits. Cocoa, which is in most chocolates, unfortunately doesn’t have the same nutritional benefits as cacao. Cacao is also high in the stress relieving mineral magnesium, and has mood boosting chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. I also added some wild orange essential oil for its uplifting benefits, and it makes it taste delicious too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • ¾ cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 5-8 drops of wild orange essential oil

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to the food processor and blitz
  2. Roll the final mix into balls
  3. Enjoy!
