Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon of acai powder
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seed powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Slippery Elm Powder
  • 3 dates

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender
  2. Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency
  3. Enjoy!
