Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 teaspoon of acai powder
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seed powder
- ½ teaspoon of Slippery Elm Powder
- 3 dates
Method:
- Add all ingredients into the blender
- Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency
